2. Registration and Payment Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation / Refund Policy If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing. Refund requests made more than 5 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event.
4. Event Changes The EMC reserves the right to change the event date, location, agenda, or speakers. In the event of significant changes, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible.
5. Liability Waiver By participating in the EMC, you acknowledge and accept that the event organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
6. Photography and Recording By attending the EMC, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in any media, please notify the event organizers in advance.
7. Code of Conduct All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards others. The EMC reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without refund.
